How Can I Make Google Chrome For The Default Browser For Yahoo! Messenger?
I’m using Google Chrome along with Yahoo! messenger. For some reason, even with Google Chrome as my default browser for the computer, Yahoo! Messenger still opens up Firefox which I previously use. What should I do in order to have Yahoo! Messenger to automatically open up Google Chrome when I do anything on it such as opening my email?
I had the same problem in having both IE7 and Google Chrome installed. Just un-install Yahoo messenger, then download and install the latest version. For me it was version 9.0. Now Yahoo Messenger as well as the yahoo mail alerts that pop up in the system tray open in Google Chrome.
This should help a lot better than someone answering “No” as a reply to this question…lol.
